How do I create an account or sign in? Account
        Visit mypremieretv.com and use the Sign Up or Log In buttons. We use your email as your username (case-insensitive). If you can’t log in, use Forgot Password to reset it.
      
    What roles exist on PTN (Subscriber, VIP, Writer, Content Provider, Affiliate)? Account
- Subscriber: Stream PTN content.
 - VIP: Premium perks & exclusive drops.
 - Writer: Access the Writers’ Room tools.
 - Content Provider (CP): Upload/monetize titles and view earnings.
 - Affiliate: Share your code/link and earn commissions.
 
How do I reset my password? Account
        Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email instructions. If you don’t see the email, check spam or promotions.
      
    What payment methods do you accept? Billing
        We process payments securely via Stripe (major credit/debit cards and some digital wallets supported in your region).
      
    How do I cancel or change my subscription? Billing
        Go to Account > Billing from your dashboard. You can manage your plan, update your payment method, or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
      
    Do you offer refunds? Billing
        Refunds are assessed case-by-case in line with our Terms. If you were charged in error, contact support with your email and the last 4 digits of your card.
      
    Which devices and browsers are supported? Streaming
        PTN works on modern desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). For the best experience, keep your browser updated and enable JavaScript and cookies.
      
    What video quality do you stream? Streaming
        Adaptive bitrate streaming up to HD, based on your connection. If playback stutters, try lowering other network usage, switching Wi-Fi bands, or restarting your device/browser.
      
    How many devices can I watch on? Streaming
        Simultaneous streams are limited to prevent abuse. If you hit a device limit, sign out of other sessions from Account > Security.
      
    How do affiliate codes and commissions work? Affiliates
        Share your personal affiliate link or code. When a subscriber signs up and pays using it, your commission is tracked automatically. Earnings and payout requests appear in your Affiliate Dashboard.
      
    When do affiliates get paid? Affiliates
        Payouts are initiated from your dashboard (Stripe Connect). Minimums, timelines, and status are shown there. Some transactions may have a pending/clearance period.
      
    How do Content Providers upload and monetize titles? Content
        From the Content Provider Dashboard, use the upload tools (posters, trailers, episodes). Large files use secure presigned URLs and multipart uploads to S3. Once approved, your title appears on PTN and revenue is tracked automatically.
      
    What rights do I need to upload content? Content
        You must own or control the necessary rights (video, music, images, likeness) and agree to our distribution terms. We may request proof of ownership or releases.
      
    How do I join the Writers’ Room or pitch a project? Writers
        Apply via the Writers’ Room page. Accepted writers get access to prompts, submissions, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
      
    Is my payment information secure? Security
        Payments are processed by Stripe; PTN does not store full card details. We follow industry best practices to protect your account.
      
    How does PTN protect my data? Security
        We use secure transport (HTTPS), role-based access, and server-side checks. See our Privacy Policy for details and data requests.
      
    Where can I read the Terms and Privacy Policy? Legal
        Visit our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If those links don’t exist yet, contact support and we’ll provide a copy.
      
    I applied an affiliate/content provider code but don’t see credit—what should I do? Support
        Make sure the code was entered at sign-up checkout. If you believe credit is missing, message support with your email, the code used, and the sign-up date so we can review.
      
    I’m logged in but can’t access a page—why? Support
        Some pages are role-gated (e.g., writers, affiliates, content providers). If you need access, apply for the role or contact support to verify your account permissions.
