12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You and the Company waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
